Applying for a Service Agreement with Region of Peel
The Region of Peel Children’s Services divisions work closely with licensed child care providers to meet our common goal of providing the high-quality services that Peel families deserve and expect. Child care and early learning programs that have a service contract with the Region of Peel can provide child care to families receiving fee subsidies.

Would you like to be a Service Provider?
Your child care program must be:
- Licensed by the provincial Ministry of Community and Social Services under the Day Nurseries Act
- Operating for a minimum of one full year
- Demonstrate financial viability
- Meet the standards set out in the Operating Criteria
- Non-profit
