Service Providers’ Handbook
Dear Service Provider,
This handbook will provide you with important information about the services the Region of Peel provides, your responsibilities as a Service Provider, and how we can help you meet your objectives. It will also help you to manage your regular reporting requirements.
The Purchase of Service Agreement, provided in conjunction with this handbook, is a legally binding contract between us, the Region of Peel, and you, the Service Provider. The Agreement outlines the requirements of all Service Providers. You may wish to seek legal advice before signing it.
By working together, we can ensure we meet our common goal of providing the high-quality services that Peel families deserve and expect.
