311 Service
Call 311 for access to local municipal government programs and services.
The cities of Brampton and Mississauga, and the Region of Peel are working together to provide residents with simple 3-digit access to municipal information and services.
Starting October 5, 2009, residents can call 311 from anywhere in the cities of Brampton and Mississauga for information from garbage and recycling, to tax payments and water bills, to recreation programs and building permits.
311 is not yet available in Caledon. Town of Caledon staff and Council are reviewing the feasibility of this telephone service in their community.
