Individuals who wish to access or correct their personal health information, or who have questions about how it is collected, maintained, used or disclosed, are encouraged to contact your health care provider in the Region of Peel's Public Health department, the Long Term Care division, or the Ambulance and Emergency Programs division.

The Region is committed to resolving all concerns or complaints and encourages individuals to first contact Peel Public Health, Long Term Care, or Peel Regional Paramedic Services.
