The Region's Strategic Plan is the blueprint for the future of the Region of Peel and serves as the framework for future Service Strategy Business Plans. A project team made up of staff across Regional departments has been established to support the development of a new Strategic Plan for 2006-2010. The Region's Executive Management Team will steer the development of this core document, which includes setting the approach and direction for employee and stakeholder consultations, and engaging members of Regional Council.

Your involvement in developing the Region's Strategic Plan is important to us. Over time, your increased participation in the strategic planning process has resulted in the creation of plans that are stronger, more action-oriented and meaningful. As work begins on the next Strategic Plan, we will fully engage our employees and stakeholders through consultation sessions and workshops. We look forward to your involvement.
