8. BY-LAWS

  a) Regional

Three Readings


By-law 43-2007: A by-law to authorize the execution of a Letter of Agreement related to funding under the Ontario Bus Replacement Program (“OBRP”) and to authorize the establishment of a dedicated reserve fund for the OBRP funding.

By-law 60-2007: A by-law to establish percentages by which tax decreases are limited for 2007 for properties in the commercial, industrial and multi-residential property classes.

By-law 61-2007: A by-law to delegate the Commissioner of Public Works to have authority to designate construction zones on Regional roads and authority to set a lower rate of speed for motor vehicles driven in the designated construction zone and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

By-law 63-2007: A by-law to amend and interpret the by-laws of the Regional Municipality of Peel reflecting the changes to the organizational structure of the Regional Corporation effective as of June 1, 2007. (See also Staff Reports – Item 7.2.a)
