By-law 110-2007: A by-law to stop-up, close, and deprive of its character as part of the public highway those lands described as Part of Lot 2, Concession 6 West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton, (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, identified as Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 on draft reference plan 05-B5028P prepared by Young & Young Surveying Inc., known as Winston Churchill Boulevard.

By-law 111-2007
: A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation’s consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 19 (Winston Churchill Boulevard) in the City of Brampton.

By-law 112-2007: A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation’s consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 19 (Winston Churchill Boulevard) in the City of Brampton.

By-law 115-2007: A by-law to impose development charges against lands to pay for increased capital costs required because of increased needs for services arising from development within the Regional Municipality of Peel. (To be distributed when available) (See also Staff Reports – Item 7.2a)
