By-law 5-2011: A by-law to delegate to each lower-tier municipality the authority to pass a by-law establishing tax ratios and setting out a method by which the portion of Regional levies that will be raised in each lower-tier municipality can be determined. By-law 6-2011: A by-law to authorize the Temporary Borrowing of Monies to meet Expenses of the Municipality pending receipt of Revenues. (See also Items Related to Management - Item MA-A1)
