PURPOSE: To hold a Public Meeting:
     
  1. Pursuant to Section 4 of the Retail Business Holidays Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, to inform the public and to obtain their input with respect to an application for a tourism exemption under the Retail Business Holidays Act by the Port Credit Business Improvement Area, City of Mississauga; and
     
  2. Respecting proposed by-laws to amend Regional By-law 40-98 and Regional By-law 105-2009, as amended by By-law 33-2010, in order to remove Family Day from the list of holidays on which retail business establishments affected by those by-laws are permitted to open.
