THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 49-90

A by-law to amend By-law Number 26-90 (to provide, inter alia, a levy on area municipalities) and By-law Number 27-90 (to authorize and collect for the Credit Valley Conservation Authority a capital levy from designated cost- sharing areas).

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has enacted By-law Number 26-90 (to provide, inter alia, a levy on area municipalities) and By-law Number 27-90 (to authorize and collect for the Credit Valley Conservation Authority a capital levy from designated cost-sharing areas);

AND WHEREAS the City of Brampton has revised the dates upon which installment tax payments payable to the City of Brampton fall due;

AND WHEREAS the Regional Corporation has by a resolution adopted on 28th June, 1990 authorized the enactment of a by-law for the purpose of amending By-law Number 26-90 and By-law Number 27-90 to reflect the revision in the City of Brampton tax installment payment dates;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Paragraph 5 of By-law Number 26-90 is amended by deleting:

"July 20, 1990"
"August 22, 1990"
"September 24, 1990"

from beneath the heading "Installment Due Date" with respect to the City of Brampton, and substituting therefor:

"July 26, 1990"
"August 29, 1990"
"September 28, 1990".

2. Paragraph 5 of By-law Number 27-90 is amended by deleting "July 20, 1990", "August 22, 1990", and "September 24, 1990" from beneath the headings "1st Installment", "2nd Installment" and "3rd Installment" respectively with respect to the City of Brampton, and substituting therefor respectively "July 26, 1990", "August 29, 1990", and "September 28, 1990".
