THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 69-90

A by-law to accept, assume and dedicate lands for public highway purposes.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by Resolution Number 90-327-8 on the 9th August, 1990 given authorization to accept, assume and dedicate for Public Highway purposes, the lands received from Markborough Properties Inc., the said lands which are more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

That lands described in Transfer of Land to the Regional Municipality of Peel, listed in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, be and the same are hereby accepted, and the said lands are assumed and dedicated as part of the Public Highway to be known municipally as Derry Road West (Regional Road #5).

READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 13th September, 1990.
