THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 7-90

A by-law to amend By-law Number 51-88 being a by-law to regulate traffic on the roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 51-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on 11th January, 1990, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to providing right turn yield control for southbound to westbound vehicles at the intersection of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) and South Service Road, in the City of Mississauga.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

That Part 6 of Schedule I of By-law Number 51-88 is amended by adding the following:

INTERSECTION 

 FACING TRAFFIC

Regional Road 4 and 
South Service Road

 Southbound to Westbound

READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 11th January, 1990.
