THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 102-91

A by-law to amend By-law Number 51-88 being a by-law to regulate
traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.


WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 55-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on raods under the jurisdiction of the REgional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council or the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 19th December, 1991, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to permitting a dual southbound left turning movement designation at the intersection of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) and Dundas Street, City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 12 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
