THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 22-91
A by-law to amend By-law Number 51-88 being a by-law to regulate traffic on the roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 51-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Corporation and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 14th February, 1991, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to permitting dual turning movement designations at the following intersections in the City of Mississauga:
(a) Regional Road 7 (Airport Road) at American Drive (Dual Eastbound Lefts).
(b) Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) at Eastgate Parkway (Dual Eastbound Lefts and Rights).
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
That Part 12 of Schedule I of By-law Number 51-88 is amended by adding the following:
