THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 47-91

A by-law to amend By-law Number 51-88 being a by-law to regulate traffic on the roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 51-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 23rd May, 1991, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to designating Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) as a through highway from the east limit of Highway 410 to the east limit of Regional Road 7 (Airport Road), implementing a 70 km/hr speed limit on the above noted road section of Regional Road 10 and implementing "No Parking Anytime" on both sides of Regional Road 10 from the west limit of Bramalea Road to the east limit of Torbram Road, City of Brampton;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 1 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
