BY-LAW NUMBER 63-91

A by-law to amend By-law Number 5-89 titled "A by-law to delegate the authority of Council to give consent under The Planning Act, 1983; to constitute and appoint a Land Division Committee, to set conditions for such delegation, to prescribe a tariff of fees for consent applications and to provide for remuneration."

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has enacted By-Law Number 5-89 on 12th January, 1989 to delegate the authority of Council to give consent under The Planning Act, 1983; to constitute and appoint a Land Division Committee, to set conditions for such delegation, to prescribe a tariff of fees for consent applications and to provide for remuneration;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation, has by resolution adopted on 11th July, 1991, authorized an amendment to By-law Number 5-89 to provide for the appointment of Mr. A. Randles to the Land Division Committee to fill the vacancy created by Mr. V.S. Doerr;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

That Schedule "A" of By-law 5-89 is hereby amended by deleting: "V.S. Doerr Mississauga" and substituting the following therefor: "Allan Randles Mississauga"
