THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 79-91
A by-law to amend By-law Number 51-88 being a by-law to regulate traffic on the roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 51-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel, which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by Resolution passed on 26th September, 1991, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to permitting a dual northbound left turning movement designation at the intersection of Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) at Mavis Road, City of Mississauga;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 12 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
