THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 14-92

A by-law to amend By-law Number 51-88, being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation, on the 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 51-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the By-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 13th February, 1992,authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to prohibiting southbound to northbound U-turns on Regional Road 19 (Winston Churchill Boulevard) at Horns gate Drive, City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

  1. That Part 13 of Schedule I of the By-law is amended by adding the following:
