THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 29-92

A by-law to amend By-law Number 57-89, as amended, governing the execution of routine documents.

WHEREAS By-law Number 57-89 was enacted on 13th July, 1989 by the Council of the Regional Corporation in order to consolidate previous by-laws governing the execution of routine documents;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation has by Resolution 91-118 adopted on 28th March, 1991 and by Resolution 91- 449-7 adopted on October 24th, 1991 authorized amendments which would improve the Region's execution of routine documents;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel hereby enacts as follows:

1. That Section 2 of By-law Number 57-89, as amended, be amended by adding the following:

(p) easements from Ontario Hydro in favour of the Region.

2. That wherever the term "Assistant Regional Clerk" appears in By-law Number 57-89, as amended, be struck out and the term "Deputy Clerk" substituted therefore.
