THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 4-92

A by-law to authorize the replacement of Debenture Financing by funds from Unapplied Capital Receipts and that By-laws Numbered :50-88, 77-88, 83-88, 103-88, 18-89, 31-89, 43-89, 64-89, 71-89, 73-89, 41-90, 55-90, 56-90, 61-90, 80-90, 34-91, and 52-91, be repealed.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by Resolution 91-439-13 adopted on 24th October, 1991, authorized the replacement of the debenture financing for By-laws:

50-88, 77-88, 83- 88, 103-88, 18-89, 31-89, 43-89, 64-89, 71-89, 73-89, 41-90, 55-90, 56-90, 61-90, 80-90, 34-91, and 52-91, by funds from Unapplied Capital Receipts;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That By-laws Numbered: 

50-88, 77-88, 83-88, 103-88, 18-89, 31- 89, 43-89, 64-89, 71-89, 73-89, 41-90, 55-90, 56-90, 61-90, 80-90, 34-91, and 52-91,  of the Regional Corporation are hereby repealed.

READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 23rd January, 1992.
