THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 49-92
A by-law to amend By-law number 51-88 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 1988, passed By-law Number 51-88 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 23rd April, 1992, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to the prohibition of southbound to northbound "U" turns on Regional Road 17 (Cawthra Road) at South Service Road in the City of Mississauga;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
That Part 13 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
