THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 1-93

A by-law to authorize the replacement of Debenture Financing by funds from Utility Rate Stabilization Reserve and that By-laws Numbered 67-89, 3-90, 20-90, 42-90, 44-90, 47-90, 59-90, 79-90, 70-91, 73-91 and 11-92 be repealed.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by Resolution 92-452-37 adopted on 10th December, 1992, authorized the replacement of the debenture financing for By-laws Numbered 67-89, 3-90, 20-90, 42-90, 44-90, 47-90, 59-90, 79-90, 70-91, 73-91 and 11-92 by funds from Utility Rate Stabilization Reserve;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follow:

1. That By-laws Numbered 67-89, 3-90, 20-90, 42-90, 44-90, 47-90, 59-90, 79-90, 70-91, 73-91 and 11-92 of the Regional Corporation are hereby repealed.
