THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 49-93

A by-law to amend By-law Number 24-92 titled "A by-law to delegate the authority of Council to give consent under The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; to constitute and appoint a Land Division Committee, set conditions for such delegation, to prescribe a tariff of fees for consent applications and to provide for remuneration."

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has enacted By-law Number 24-92 on 12th March, 1992 to delegate the authority of Council to give consent under The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990; to constitute and appoint a Land Division Committee, set conditions for such delegation, to prescribe a tariff of fees for consent applications and to provide for remuneration;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation, has by resolution adopted on 27th May, 1993 authorized an amendment to By-law Number 24-92 to provide for the appointment of G. Proctor to the Land Division Committee to fill the vacancy created by J. Pusztai;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Schedule "A" of By-law 24-92 is hereby amended by deleting:

"J. Pusztai Caledon"

and substituting the following therefor:

"G. Proctor Caledon"

READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 27th May, 1993.
