A by-law to accept, assume and dedicate lands for public highway purposes.

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to accept and assume lands described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, received from James Theodore Mocon and Catherine Mocon, and dedicate same for Highway purposes;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That part of the lands described in the Transfer of Land to the Regional Municipality of Peel, listed in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, be accepted, and the said land is assumed and dedicated as part of the Public Highway adjacent thereto.

READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 22nd September, 1994.
