WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 10th September, 1992 passed By-law Number 92-92 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 10th February, 1994 authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to restricting eastbound left turns onto Windwood Drive from Regional Road 1 (Erin Mills Parkway) from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 13 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
