WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 10th September, 1992 passed By-law Number 92-92 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by Resolution 94-17 passed on the 13th January, 1994, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing an all-way stop control at the intersection of Regional Road 12 (Olde Base Line Road) and McLaughlin Road, in the Town of Caledon;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 4 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by deleting the following:
