THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 99-94

A by-law to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic
on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law Number 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 8th September, 1994 authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to motorists completing southbound to northbound "U" turns at the intersection of Region Road 7 (Airport Road) and Hull Street, between Derry Road and Ironstone Court, in the City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 13 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
