THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 2-95
A by-law to amend By-law 54-94, as amended, titled, "A by-law to delegate the authority of Council to give consent under The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13; to constitute and appoint a Land Division Committee, set conditions for such delegation, prescribe a tariff of fees for and to provide for remuneration and to repeal By-laws 24-92 and 49-93."
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution adopted on 12th January, 1995 authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 54-94, as amended, to appoint new members to the Land Division Committee;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Section 1 of By-law 54-94, as amended, be amended by adding, "for the duration of the present term of Regional Council, ending November 30, 1997 or until their successors are appointed by Regional Council."
2. That Schedule "A" of By-law 54-94 be amended by deleting the following:
"H. E. Thompson Brampton
R. D. Tufts Brampton
H. M. Allan Caledon
J. A. Denreyer Caledon
and substituting the following therefor:
"R. Luciano Brampton
M. Piane Brampton
A. Richmond Caledon
A. Villanovich Caledon"
READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 12th January, 1995.
