THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 4-95

A by-law to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law Number 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law;"

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 26th January, 1995, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to removing the dual turning movements at the intersection of Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) and Eastgate Parkway, in the City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 12 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:

Eastgate Parkway Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) to 30 metres west 2nd lane south of centre median East to north left turn Anytime
Eastgate Parkway Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) to 30 metres west 3rd lane south of centre median East to south right turn Anytime
Eastgate Parkway Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) to 30 metres west 4th lane south of centre median East to south right turn Anytime
