A by-law to reduce the 80 km per hour speed limit on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) from Highway 10 to Creditview Road to 70 km per hour, in the City of Mississauga, and to amend By-law 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law;"

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 23rd March, 1995, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to reducing the 80 km/hour speed limit on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) from Highway 10 to Creditview Road to 70 km/hour, in the City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 11 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:

2. That Part 10 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

       3                Highway 10    Creditview Road
