THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 6-95

A by-law to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law Number 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 26th January, 1995, authorized the enactment of a by-law to with respect to removing a parking prohibition on Region 4 (Dixie Road) from Blundell Road to a point 189 metres north of Winding Trail, in the City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 1 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:
