THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 7-95
A by-law to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law Number 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law;"
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 23rd February, 1995 authorized the enactment of a by-law to with respect to implementing a stopping prohibition on the north side of Regional Road 11 (Charleston Sideroad) from a point 67 metres west of Autumn Drive/Maple Grove Road to Highway 10 and on the south side of Regional Road 11 (Charleston Sideroad) from a point 113 metres west of Autumn Drive/Maple Grove Road to a point 47 metres east of Highway 10, and the enactment of a by-law with respect to the prohibition of eastbound to westbound U-turns on Regional Road 11 (Charleston Sideroad) from a point 113 metres west of Autumn Drive/Maple Road to a point 12 metres east of Highway 10, in the Town of Caledon;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 3 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

2. That Part 13 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
