THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 9-96
A by-law to prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of plan of subdivision and condominium applications and part lot control By-law approved fee and to repeal By-law 45-93.

WHEREAS section 69 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13 permits the councils of municipalities to prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning matters;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution on the 8th February, 1996, authorized the passing of a by-law for the imposition of a tariff of fees;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That the imposition of a tariff of fees be according to the processing fee schedule for the approval of plans of subdivision or condominium submitted to the Region of Peel as set out in Schedule A to this by-law.

2. That an approval fee of $125.00 for each Part Lot Control By-law be charged.

3. That By-law 45-93 be repealed.

4. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect as of the 1st day of March, 1996.
