THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 19-97

A by-law to prohibit stopping on the north and south sides of Regional Road 9 (King Street) from Highway 10 to a point 230 metres westerly, in the Town of Caledon, and to amend By-law 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

 

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law;"

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27th February, 1997, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to prohibiting stopping on the north and south sides of Regional Road 9 (King Street) from Highway 10 to a point 230 metres westerly, in the Town of Caledon;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 3 of Schedule I is amended by adding the following:
