THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 2-98

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution adopted on 23rd October, 1997 enacted By-law Number 66-97 to delegate the authority of Council to give consent under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended, to constitute and appoint a Land Division Committee, set conditions for such delegation, prescribe a tariff for fees for applications, to provide for remuneration to Committee members, and to prescribe procedures for governing the calling, place and proceedings of Committee meetings;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution on the 18th December, 1997 authorized an amendment to By-law 66-97 to provide for the appointment of Julio Di Cresce to the Land Division Committee;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Schedule "A" of By-law 66-97 be amended by deleting the following:

"Aldo Villanovich"

and substituting the following therefor:

"Julio Di Cresce"
