THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 6-98

A by-law to remove the northbound to eastbound left turn prohibition on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) at the private access located 200 metres east of Regional Road 1 (Erin Mills Parkway), to remove the westbound to southbound left turn prohibition on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) at the private access located 200 metres east of Regional Road 1 (Erin Mills Parkway), and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

 

WHEREAS; the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS; the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 12th day of February, 1998, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to removing the northbound to eastbound left turn prohibition on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) at the private access located 200 metres east of Regional Road 1 (Erin Mills Parkway) and to removing the westbound to southbound left turn prohibition on Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) at the private access located 200 metres east of Regional Road 1 (Erin Mills Parkway);

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 13 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:
