THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 7-98
A by-law to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by Resolution 98-128 passed on the 12th February, 1998 authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the Consolidated Traffic By-law with respect to the Regional Roads assumed by the Region of Peel from the Province of Ontario, pursuant to Order in Council Numbers 542/97, 802/97, and 1196/97;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 1 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
