THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 8-98
A by-law to remove the parking prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 17 (Cawthra Road) from 30 metres north of Breckenridge Road to 30 metres south of Runningbrook Drive, and from 30 metres north of Runningbrook Drive to 100 metres south of Burnhamthorpe Road from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, 1998, and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 1998, and from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 1998, to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, 1998, and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS; the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS; the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 12th day of February, 1998, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to repealing the parking prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 17 (Cawthra Road) from 30 metres north of Breckenridge Road to 30 metres south of Runningbrook Drive, and from 30 metres north of Runningbrook Drive to 100 metres south of Burnhamthorpe Road from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, 1998, and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 1998, and from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 1998, to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 1 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:
