THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 19-1999

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 22^nd June 1995, passed By-law Number 52-95 to authorize the Commissioner of Planning and Director of Development Review and Transportation Planning to exercise certain administrative duties and grant approvals delegated to the Regional Corporation pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution adopted on the 4^th March 1999, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law Number 52-95;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Section 5 of By-law Number 52-95 is amended by striking out "Municipal Affairs" and substituting "Municipal Affairs and Housing".

2. Section 6 of By-law Number 52-95 is amended by striking out "Area Municipalities" and substituting "Town of Caledon".
