THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 12-2000

A by-law to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 8 (Gore Road) from a point located 800 metres north of Ebenezer Road to a point located 1,400 metres north of Ebenezer Road and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

 

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27th January, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 8 (Gore Road) from a point located 800 metres north of Ebenezer Road to a point located 1,400 metres north of Ebenezer Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

  1. That Part 3 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
