THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 18-2000

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation enacted By-law Number 179-83 on 24^th November, 1983, being a by-law to consolidate the by-laws establishing a Regional Road System in the Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27^th January, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 179-83 to remove Regional Road 5A (Old Derry Road) from the Regional Road System;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Schedule "A" to By-law 179-83 is hereby amended by deleting Regional Road 5A (Old Derry Road);
2. That Regional Road 5A (Old Derry Road) is hereby removed from the Regional Road System of the Regional Municipality of Peel;
3. That this by-law shall come into force upon the approval of the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
