THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 19-2000

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation enacted By-law Number 179-83 on 24^th November, 1983, being a by-law to consolidate the by-laws establishing a Regional Road System in the Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27^th January, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 179-83 to repeal By-law Numbers 78-91 and 32-1999;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That By-law Number 78-91 is hereby repealed.
2. That By-law Number 32-1999 is hereby repealed.
