THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 21-2000

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27^th January, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing heavy truck restrictions on Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) between Regional Road 9 (King Street) and Regional Road 12 (Olde Base Line Road) and on Regional Road 12 (Olde Base Line Road) from Highway 10 to and Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) in the Town of Caledon;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 7 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by deleting the following;

2. That Part 7 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following;
