THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 23-2000

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 27^th January, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing northbound right turn yield control at the intersection of Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road) and Creditview Road, in the City of Mississauga;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 6 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following;
