Reasons for the Decision to Approve the Expropriation

Under By-law Number 67-1999, Regional Council authorized applications for approval to expropriate the subject lands being Part of Lot 189, Plan 816, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel designated as Parts 1 and 8 on Reference Plan 43R-23708.
