THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 50-2000

A by-law to implement an all-way stop control at the intersection of Regional Road 9 (King Street) at Regional Road 19 (Winston Churchill Boulevard) and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel hereinafter referred to as "the By-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 22nd June, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the By-law with respect to implementing an all-way stop control at the intersection of Regional Road 9 (King Street) at Regional Road 19 (Winston Churchill Boulevard);

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

  1. That Part 4 of Schedule I of the By-law is amended by deleting the following:

Regional Road 9 and Westbound on Regional Road 9
