THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 54-2000

A by-law to delete the stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 8 (Gore Road) from a point 800 metres north of Ebenezer Road to a point 1,400 metres north of Ebenezer Road, and to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 8 (Gore Road) from a point 400 metres north of Ebenezer Road to a point 1,000 metres north of Ebenezer Road, and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

 

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 (the "By-law") to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 14th day of September, 2000, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the By-law with respect to deleting the stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 8 (Gore Road) from a point 800 metres north of Ebenezer Road to a point 1,400 metres north of Ebenezer Road, and to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 8 (Gore Road) from a point 400 metres north of Ebenezer Road to a point 1,000 metres north of Ebenezer Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 3 of Schedule I of the By-law is amended by deleting the following:
