THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

BY-LAW NUMBER 62-2000

WHEREAS Susan Yoshimi Uchikata and Paul Douglas Uchikata, the owners of the lands and premises described as Parcel 48-1, Section M-166, Lot 48, Plan M-166, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, have requested permission to maintain and use certain structures or improvements upon the public highway;

AND WHEREAS pursuant to, Section 210 (107) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter M.45, as amended, the Regional Corporation may permit encroachments onto Regional roads;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 5th day of October, 2000 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the said encroachment;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Susan Yoshimi Uchikata and Paul Douglas Uchikata are hereby authorized to maintain certain encroachments upon the public highway known as Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road), as described herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Encroachment Agreement dated the 24th day of July, 2000, between The Regional Municipality of Peel and Susan Yoshimi Uchikata and Paul Douglas Uchikata, with respect to Parcel 48-1, Section M-166, Lot 48, Plan M-166, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel.

2. That Schedule "A" attached to this by-law is included and shall be considered part of this By-law.

3. That the Encroachment Agreement be executed on behalf of the Regional Corporation by the Regional Solicitor and the Regional Clerk and the corporate seal affixed thereto.
