WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 8th day of May, 1975, passed By-law 73-75 to appoint an Area Weed Inspector for the Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has passed by resolution on the 29^th day of March, 2001 appointed Stan Curylo, Operations and Maintenance, and David Crake, Systems and Operations as Area Weed Inspectors for the Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has passed by resolution on the 29^th day of March, 2001 that the Commissioner of Public Works be delegated authority to appoint Area Weed Inspectors under the Weed Control Act, R.S.O. 1990;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That By-law 73-75 is hereby amended by deleting Item 1 and substituting the following therefore:

"Stan Curylo, Operations and Maintenance, and David Crake, Systems and Operations are hereby appointed Area Weed Inspectors for the Regional Municipality of Peel."

2. That By-law 73-75 is hereby amended by adding Item 3, which reads:

"The Commissioner of Public Works shall appoint Area Weed Inspectors and present amending by-laws for enactment."
