THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
BY-LAW NUMBER 5-2001
A by-law to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) from a point 70 metres west of Mountainash Road to a point 230 metres east of Mountainash Road, to implement a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 107 (Queen Street) from Chrysler Drive/Gateway Boulevard to Torbram Road, and to amend By-law Number 48-94 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 12th May, 1994 passed By-law 48-94 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 15th day of February, 2001, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) from a point 70 metres west of Mountainash Road to a point 230 metres east of Mountainash Road, and implementing a stopping prohibition on both sides of Regional Road 107 (Queen Street) from Chrysler Drive/Gateway Boulevard to Torbram Road;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
